We bought our static caravan in July 2025 and the service from start to finish has been absolutely fantastic. Even now, we’re still enjoying our holiday home and all the facilities, and the experience has continued to be nothing short of first class.nnA massive thank you to Ethan, who has been brilliant throughout. He has shown nothing but loyalty, professionalism, and dedication. No matter what questions we’ve had or help we’ve needed, Ethan has always gone above and beyond to make sure everything is sorted. It’s clear he genuinely cares about making the experience the best it can be.nnWe couldn’t be happier with our decision and would highly recommend Ethan to anyone thinking about buying a holiday home at Winkups or any of their sister sites. The service and support have been outstanding!nnCampsite is clean and has activity’s for all ages also.
We came into the office to enquire as regards purchasing a caravan. We asked Ethan what we wanted as regards location of caravan. What we aimed to spend and what we hoped to have with our budget. He was very helpful and was able to cater for our needs. Everything we asked for he was able to help us with. Very professional, helpful and also always approachable either in person or over the phone. I would strongly recommend coming to see the sales team at Lyon’s winkups for a holiday home as the benefits are very impressive…
Ethan has looked after us from sourcing a holiday home to buy and then finding us the perfect sitefor our static on oakfield he has gone above and beyond and still does intact all the staff are fantastic we are very happy with our little home from home many years of fun to look forward to
My son goes camping at St Mary's camp site. Last year he was disappointed that it was closed due to being upgraded.nLast year he went elsewhere but was disappointed.nThis year he went to book but was not able to yet again.nLyons obviously noticed he hadn't booked anything and the next day cold called him ftom Winkups in Towyn.nThey stated they could book it for him and he booked 2 pitches.nHis friend also want to go at the same time and he contacted St Mary's direct and was told they were open only for touring caravans, and they said they had this problem ladt year with campers turning up for holidays only to be turned away.nSo my son contacted Winkups on the same number that cold called him saying the site is not accepting camping again this year.nThe representative for Lyons says it is open and deposits are non refundable. When my son tried to explain that you've taken a booking thats not available and are keeping my deposits they hung up on him on two occasions.
Great location, close to local amenities, very dog friendly. Lots of dog walking nearby, Right on the beach would recommend.
