One of the best Subways around. The staff are all friendly and helpful. With it being in a good location it can get busy at lunch times, however they always seem to work though the queue quickly. Due to me being a regular I will always get a wave through the window when I walk past with the dog which is an added bonus.

Clean and tidy with fresh ingredients on display each time you visit. Can get a little crowded as it’s only small - a guess of around 10 mins wait average. Staff can be a little ignorant when busy which is understandable but not great.

Food good and fresh, Cookies very tasty, one concern I had 2 request staff change their gloves b4 handling my food (allergy request), staff very happy and understanding about it😊 I will defo go again❤🏇❤

I've just moved to the area and as a regular visitor to my Subway back home, I was keen to check out my new local. On one occasion I was lucky enough to be served by an older gentleman and a young lady who were both very nice. But unfortunately on every other occasion I've been "served" (inverted commas as that word implies service) by a short man with obvious Little Man syndrome who goes out of his way to seem important, and a big, miserable woman who just barks at the rest of the staff like they're dogs. These two made the experience quite unpleasant and as such, given that they seem to be there most often, I've decided that I will simply have to make Subway a treat in which I indulge only when not in Congleton.
