Good value traditional, breakfast, lots of food. If you eat this every day it would probably not be very healthy. But now and again it’s excellent.
IMO the best Weatherspoons possible. The food is always spot on and served very quickly. The staff are full of personality and are very helpful. Value is extraordinary and the coffee beans are top drawer. Menu has calorie counts, which is handy. Always full of nice customers too, which makes the atmosphere really friendly. 5 star for quality to value ratio and experience, love it!
1st time in this weatherspoons, we live in South Wales and was down visiting family and had a meal out.nFor starters the person taking our order got it completely wrong and had to start all over again, could have been a trainee though? Or communication issue?nKids really wanted a smoothie drink with their kids meals, but they non, luckily kids wasn't to bothered and made do with another drink.nAll meals was ok except my mixed grill, my partner ordered peppercorn sauce with it, but the person must not have heard this, so wasnt put through the till, so had to ask where it was, just to be told we didnt order it, so made it sound like we was trying it on, also my mixed grill was missing the mushroom and tomato that is supposed to come with it, my partner told them it was missing the same time as the peppercorn sauce, but we never got the missing items. The steak was supposed to me cooked medium or medium rare, but was well done, I also could not tell the difference between the lamb and beef, tasted the same?.nnAlso they tried to short change us on our lager shandy, about half an inch of the top, so had to ask them to fill it to the top.nnJust didn't really enjoy anything at this weatherspoons.
Ordered through the app and waited 20 minutes for drinks, 5 mins later breakfast came which was Luke warm and was offered no sauce or no one asked was everything ok.nn. People waited 15 minutes for a cup of tea or coffee, needs more staff as only 2 were serving and it's a long walk from the bar to the beer garden
Great place if you want a cheap meal and drink nice pit stop would recommend it.
