Poor service. Waited 20 minutes and it was cold with the tea stewed. The staff didn't look like they cared and needed a rocket up them. It wasn't busy yet there were orders waiting to be collected stacked up but not bagged. Every table was dirty and no one cleaned. Food on the floor. Won't be going back anytime soon. It's called fast food and clearly isn't.
Staff more focused on dealing with delivering food than in-house customers. Staff not very helpful. Had to wait 20 minutes for the order. Not exactly fast food
I don't normally review a McDonald's but I'm going this purely for the lovely customer service this morning from a young woman with red/auburn hair who I didn't clock their name who served my breakfast. I rarely eat in, so was surprised at the table service. Just nice to go to a chain and get the sort of service and welcome you'd expect from a decent independent place.
Ok so this has to be the most disorganised mcdonald's I've ever been to , the place had 20 people waiting but no one was getting their food. The food was being made and piling up, but not being dished out, only the cars and delivery guys were being served and not the people who had ordered inside.n40 mins later, out of interest. I stuck it out, watching as other people were demanding their money back, some getting angry and some just leaving.nFood that was being made was going in the bin .nWhen I finally got my food yep you guessed it stone cold....nAlso, just to note those in the picture sitting down were also waiting..nI won't be going back in here for a while as it clearly needs better management..nI would recommend using the drive through as thats what they're focusing on and check that you get all your food.....
Oddly slow for a fast food.nWent through drive through, no hash browns, had to wait to be cooked, along with five other cars of people. The ladies bringing the food out took a while to come, not surprising since their walking pace was that of an arthritic tortoise. Finally they delivered the missing food to the car, with no smile or change in expression, they delivered the most disingenuous apology and ambled away.nI realised there were no napkins so I went inside to get some, so much for driving through, or fast food. On my way in over took two of the plodding employees delivering missing food to poor waiting drive through customers.nFood was mediocre as was coffee, but that maccas, low quality high speed, though not today.nnI recommend going in. Or going elsewhere.
