Had a great experience visiting stratus. Staff were friendly and helpful, gave me excellent advice in which car would be most suitable as well as offering tea and coffee. Spoke to Will who was knowledgable about their fleet and have come away very pleased with the car which I can’t fault. I will be recommending anyone to them for any second hand car, and will be coming back myself once I’m ready to purchase again. Fantastic place!

We have just driven 2 hours to look at a car and part Exchange our car. We came to view and test drive the car and called before we left, all was fine. We arrive after a 2 hour drive to be told we can’t test drive the car as something is wrong with it and it won’t be ready today. Very very poor customer service not to mention mileage on our car and a cost to us in fuel. We are very busy  and this was already a big inconvenience. Useless would never recommend such poor customer service. We were told sorry I can only say sorry!!!!!

Comprehensive test drive, lovely spec vehicle. Will (the salesman) was helpful, with excellent knowledge, professional and amazingly efficient and getting us through the sales process. Aftersales also good,  day after getting the car home we discovered no information books on car re. Audio system, car specs and info etc. Will do doing his best to find and get sent out. Nothing was too much trouble! All in all, a great car buying experience within a nice environment from an exceptional person.... lovely choice of cars also.

Fantastic bunch of guys at Stratus Cars. No pressure, friendly, helpful and honest car sales. How it should be! I would definitely recommend and definitely purchase from them again.

These guys break the mold of the second hand car salesmen. They are very helpful and were only to happy to help from the start to the finish. There was no pressure and they were very helpful with the options of buying. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Great work guys!
