Mott's is a great place. I bought my first 'big bike' from them a few years ago now, and every time I go back in, for whatever reason, I get the same solid and dependable service each time.
They've got a good range of bikes in the showroom, from brand new Yamaha models and smaller branded bikes to second hand models from a range of manufacturers. If they don't have the bike you want in stock they're more than happy to order one for you. I did this with my bike, the Yamaha MT07 shortly after it was released and I wasn't waiting long for it. Plus, they kept me well informed as I was waiting.
After sales servicing is very good, I've taken my bike in regularly for it's servicing and MOT needs and I've always been slotted in with no fuss. The work they do is great quality and I've not had a single issue in all my time using them. Again, they order parts they don't have in stock (tyres etc) and I've never had to wait overly long.
They also stock a decent range of clothing and accessories. I've nearly swapped out my entire set of gear through them, and never had an issue with any item. Indeed, it's really nice to be able to go into a shop and try these on - you may get a cheaper deal online but if you want to try before you buy, and walk out of the shop with your goods straight away, you can't beat the experience.
In summary, I'd thoroughly recommend Mott's as a place both for motorcycle enthusiasts and those starting out. Whatever you need, they have the bikes, the gear and the expertise to help.

My first visit today. Very impressed. The guys are very helpful and knowledge. Very competitive prices for the service I had today. Not my closed Yamaha dealer, but I'll be using them for OEM parts and servicing. Also a good selection of clothing and accessories.  I'll be back.

Friendly staff, rather helpful. Store also makes you feel very relaxed and you are not pressured while you looking around. Some products are overpriced but what can you expect from a main dealer store.

It's a good place however, I don't recommend coming here if you want to purchase a car as they only sell bikes.

Great place to go for a new Yamaha motorcycle. Good selection of clothing and plenty of parking. Staff are always friendly, the only thing it could do with is a bit of a refresh.  Keep up the good work guys.
