I bought a really nice car from Chris at a good price. He is a nice and a straightforward man to deal with. It's a small yard so not many cars, but if he has the kind of car you are looking for I strongly recommend buying from him.
Just bought a van from Chris at Kempshott Cars and I have to say he’s an absolute gem of a man. Incredibly straight talking and not at all like your average salesman. There was no hard sell, but then he didn’t really have to because his vehicles all look fabulous. The whole transaction was great from start to finish and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking for a quality secondhand vehicle.
Bought a Lexus SC430 in Jan 18, had it 17 months now and has been totally faultless. When I arrived at Kempshott there were some very expensive cars there and mine was probably by far the cheapest. I didn't get a sniffy salesman but a smashing bloke who treated me like royalty and presented me with my car which had had a thorough valet. I was happy to travel over 100 miles to collect the car based on previous good reviews so it is only fair that I share my experience. I recommend them and would be happy to use them again.
We made a 400 mile round trip to buy a 2017 Range Rover sport from Chris at Kempshott, the car was exactly as described, amazing.He gave me a fair price on my vehicle as p/x,and it was actual pleasure to deal with him.Would use him again, and recommend to family and friends. Ian from Plymouth.
Fantastic, Fantastic Fantastic! Chris was so helpful and went out of his way to make sure the car was faultless, before and after the purchase. He gave genuine advise on different cars to make sure I knew which car I wanted by comparing the variety that is on his forecourt. They were all so clean and you can tell the valeter cared for them to perfect their previous imperfections and make them like new! The staff did everything they could to make my experience on buying a car went smoothly and was enjoyable! Such great customer service, five stars just isn't enough for this company. Fantastic service and Fantastic cars.
Cannot think of a better place to buy a car and Kempshott cars, the attitude was polite professional friendly informative but no hard sell very relaxed and couldn’t do enough for me which gave me absolute faith when buying a car. I’ve had my car for two weeks now and I absolutely love it and when the time comes to buy my next one I’ll certainly be going to Kempshott cars In the first instance to check their availability. All cars come with a three month warranty on the engine et cetera but they did say if anything goes wrong after that they will of course do what they can to assist. I do however think the car will go on forever as mine came with a full service warranty from the manufacturer. If you’re thinking of a car and it’s on the forecourt at this company you can’t go far wrong.
Undoubtedly a glowing 'maximum points' review for this car sales operation. They have a great selection of extremely well prepared, high quality vehicles at very fair prices. The chap who looks after the sales, Vince, really made a terrific job of making me feel welcome, even before I confirmed that a purchase was likely! Nothing was too much trouble; the place, the car, the service before, during and after the sale and the people were all absolutely first class. Highly recommended if you're looking for a new vehicle!
Having travelled nearly 120 miles to test drive and inspect the car we had chosen it was every bit what the ad said,a 100% top quality car in immaculate condition as were all the other vehicles on the forecourt . We had excellent service from Vince and the car was ready to drive away that day . The garage was a delight to do business with and would highly recommended.Andy & Lynn Snow.Nr Cambridge.
Based on my recent experience / purchase and in particular the friendly nothing is too much trouble approach by Chris during the sale and from Vince in the aftersales I have no hesitation in recommending Kempshott Cars. Always good to feel you are a valued customer even if not buying one of the higher valued vehicles in their excellent range.
