Sam Wells provided an excellent repair service to my alarm system that had probably not been looked at in 12 years. She sorted out the obvious fault by replacing the battery – but also found a second fault a corroded wire in the external bell/siren. This involved getting up a tall ladder when it was blowing a gale and raining! She also cleared up a mystery a front door bell strangely powered via the alarm system. As a retired engineering professor, I was delighted to have my alarm so competently repaired by a female technician. We don't have anything like enough young women up taking up these kind of technical roles! All-in-all a 5-star job!
Darren has always been superb when servicing or repairing my system. Nothing is EVER too much trouble, and he explains everything as he goes along. Would never use anyone else. Also, he’s a top bloke as well! Great work Darren.
Asked Darron to decomission my old alarm. He came the next day and did a great job at a better than reasonable price. Thanks Darron, now I can put in a decent system.
House alarm going off after a power cut, couldn’t get the alarm to go off, was so loud outside!! Rang Darren after finding him on Google, talked us through the steps, went off within 2 seconds! Getting in contact with him in the near future to sort the full house alarm system out. Cannot thank him enough!! Highly recommend!!!
Excellent service, we damaged one of our wires so alarm didn’t work, Darren came straight away and repaired free of charge! What a guy! Thank you, only had the best service from this company since we got our alarm updated in 2019, nothings too much trouble
Called the Alarm Doctor mid-morning to diagnose and repair a fault with my house burglar alarm which had started intermittently going off even though it wasn't set. Attended the afternoon of the same day and knew exactly the cause and solution. Fixed and even got a crash course in how the system works - handy since it was already installed by the previous owners with no instructions left. Darren was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended, and a good price for a top service. I'm sure the neighbours are just as happy!
Very pleased with the service I received from Darren. All sorted within an hour. Alarm now works perfectly. Would definitely recommend the Alarm Doctor to others.
After blowing a fuse by accidentally catching my main alarm wire and setting the thing off I called alarm Dr as I couldn't get it to stop. He came out less than an hour after phoning and sorted very quickly he identified the fuse blown. For an emergency call out he was very reasonably priced and I've now got an annual contract too. Highly recommended and very friendly.

Rang late on a night after a fuse blew in our house and triggered the alarm system, the engineer helped us out over the phone and it fixed the problem. Very helpful and would definitely recommend.
