Beware this company!! They advertise at a certain rate on their website, and then every few months email you informing you that your monthly rent is going up. I’ve just received an email stating my monthly rent is going up by another £5 per week ex. VAT. Not acceptable in my book. I presume they do it to hook you in at one rate, so you move your belongings into storage, then once they feel you’re tied in to them, they boost your rates. This is the second rental increase this year. Utterly disgusting. I will be leaving them, and I hope this review deters others from accidentally ending up being taken advantage of by these fraudsters. GO ELSEWHERE.
I contacted Lauren at Storebox before I shipped from the USA. She was a delight to work with and has been prompt and professional throughout the process, and since. I'm very happy with the service and location.
Store box is an easy to access site with well maintained storage units, staff are easy to talk to and always willing to help. With regular updates on what is happening on site I don't think there is a better facility in the area.
Been with Storebox now for many years, when I started using them they only had six containers and now it’s massive, been a few changes in personnel In that time but one thing that hasn’t changed is the way I have been treated. Facility is cracking and well set up and thought out, very accessible, staff are great, very helpful and always available, price is very competitive and in my opinion the best storage facility in Manchester and in my line of work I have used many, but for me this is head and shoulders above the others for the reasons I have outlined above, won’t be taking my business elsewhere.
Great service, super secure and easy to get to. Big thanks to Lauren who helped me out with a problem a couple of days ago. 5 star service with a smile. Highly recommended.
Despite not having a card to make payment the sign up process was easy and swift, we paid by BACS. Very pleased with the service we have had, thank you!
Storebox is an amazing solution for our storage. Great staff, friendly and helpful. Access is really easy 24 hours. Perfect!
So simple, fab customer service, 24hr access, and I'll my stuff was safe and undamaged. I will defo use STOREBOX again if needed
My experience is poor, my container's key was changed without notice. Safety is for me now an issue as there is no 24/7 safety at the site.
