The Store Room self storage company in Manchester offers safe secure self storage rooms for both household and business customers.

Story

This is the official Facebook page of The Store Room self storage company's Manchester branch. Household customers use us whilst moving house, de-cluttering, renovating or just generally getting more space in their lives! We also offer storage to students going home over the Summer break.

For local and national businesses we provide storage rooms for stock, equipment, tools, archives and much more.

We even have workshops, offices and warehouse space to rent.

The Storeroom great location, however it's not a 24/7 services you would expect. When your working full time, and your weekends are busy. I feel the opening and closing time are very restricted. I feel The Store Room should have a couple of extended late evening. Or at least a in the week, till 8pm. There's a couple of weeks per month were I do a late and start at 9:am, it's times like this? I can put more furniture In storage. Particular when I pass the Store Room, at 7am each morning and it's closed. because of the 8am opens times. That's a big down side for a place you pass twice a day. 5pm in this day and age I'd really a early Finish.

Staff are amazing. Polite, friendly and will do anything to satisfy you. 100% recommended.

I cannot stress how exceptional the customer service is for these guys. The kind of 'above and beyond' you rarely see anywhere. I paid for a storage unit, later saw they had mailbox services and enquired... they allowed me to send mail for free without having to sign up for the service because I'd already acquired a unit. Pleasantly unexpected generosity. On top of this, their storage offers are great value. I am one happy customer. I'm usually too lazy to write reviews for anything, so this is quite telling in itself.
