Water was leaking from the roof onto my stuff in the unit, now they don't want to pay for my goods and there basically saying there was no leak, in other words i done it myself, i would never use this company again and i would tell everyone not to use this company, these are the pictures ive sent them and there still saying there was no leak, so am taking them to court
I was outraged to discover that my invoice with Store First Manchester DOUBLED in a single invoice cycle from £208 to £405. This is due to an absurd increase to the mandatory 'contents protection' fee, which raises the question whether they have so much theft and property damage that they genuinely need to increase it this much to keep up with claims made by customers, or whether they are simply greedily taking advantage of customers. Either way, it doesn't leave a positive impression. I requested to speak with the district manager about this, and my request was refused. They also refused my offer to arrange contents protection through a third party. The people at the front desk and those who provide customer service via email are always very cordial, helpful, and kind - I have no problems with them. The decision to increase costs so drastically is clearly an issue with the top management, and is incredibly disrespectful to existing customers. It's their own decision if they choose to alienate both current and prospective customers.
Good location and teams great.
*We went here for the parking* It’s listed on YourParkingSpace and made it really easy for us to park for Manchester Comic Con at the Bowlers Centre. It was really easy to find, just pull up, gates are always open and it feels safe as the location is tucked away from main sight. It was only a 20 min walk from the centre and right next the Trafford Centre.
