Completely satisfied with the removal service provided by the Manchester branch in connection with our house move in August. From the initial contact with Lynn in the office to make the booking, everything proceeded very smoothly. The day before the move, your team came in to very efficiently pack virtually everything up in preparation for the move the next day. On the actual move day, your team found themselves one man short , but Paul and Steve worked like Trojans to finish off the packing and then transport all our belongings to our new home and deposit them in all the right places to speed up our unpacking. We moved house recently with Britannia Bradshaw and found the service to be exemplary from start to finish. The initial process of arranging a quote and agreeing the removal date was easy and efficient and on the day itself, the whole process from packing our belongings, loading the removal lorry and unloading at our new house was carried out expertly. There were a few issues along the way (of our own making as the house we moved to was smaller), including the guys (Pete, Simon, Mark & Shaun) having to dismantle wardrobes and sofas to fit through doorways but again, this was carried out with minimal fuss and we genuinely felt they were willing to do anything to help. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Britannia Bradshaw and will definitely be using their services again in the future.

We were very happy with the service we received. We had Brian, Jim, Tom and Mark & Presto who packed, transported and unloaded all of our belongings. They were efficient and did an excellent job of packing so that everything arrived in one piece. Definitely worth paying the extra for the packing service!

I used Britannia Bradshaw removal service following my house sale and having to move many possessions into their storage. I find the service from start to finish is excellent, the gentlemen who did the initial meeting (sorry forgot his name) was very pleasant and reassuring, the lady from the office Lynne was very helpful when I rang up. Steve and Andy who came on the day of removal were simply great, they came on time, were very positive throughout the morning, even though there was some confusion around what was agreed, to them nothing was any trouble. They were highly efficient and took great care of my furnitures. I thought it would be a very stressful morning but thanks to these guys it went smoothly. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

EXcellent service from start to finish! From the original assessment, dropping off of packing cases through to the actual move day. Steve and Andy our removal men, were very professional, careful, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I would have no hesitation in recommending Britannia Bradshaw - in fact already have done so.
