I can only give thanks and praise to the whole team at Stonhills, what a professional experience you gave us, with a team of individuals who worked with us throughout.  If and when we ever need another agent in the future we will definitely be in touch. We are very pleased to have used Stonhills, they did everything they said they would, including keeping us informed at all times and worked with us giving us sound advice when needed. I don't think we would have reached where we are without them, so thank you Lloyd, Bazz and Lou! 
We bought our first house with Stonhills all those years ago and went back because of the personal service you gave previously, and again on this occasion you didn't let us down, thank you.

Enquired about a house letting in Early December, was told i would be notified as soon as the keys arrived, carried on calling & calling, finally arranged a viewing for today (05/01) only to be called a few hours before to be told the house was now let out to somebody else. We are currently renting a property through Stonhills at the moment and they do not seem bothered about us at all seens as we are already in accommodation through themselves. They also have no intention in sorting out any current repairs our property needs either, would not recommend, stay clear. They need to start pulling their fingers out if i'm honest.

Purchased our first home through Stonhills Estate Agents. Not only a smooth transaction with the purchase but the Estate Agents guided us through the Shared Ownership process from start to finish, they spoke to the local council on our behalf and liaised with solicitors to keep us up to date on the progress of our purchase the whole way. Professional and friendly service. A company that goes above and beyond. Very impressed, would highly recommend them. Top agent! On my recommendation my mother used Stonhills to sell her home she was also very complimentary about their service and professionalism. She wouldn't use anyone else now. Thanks Stonhills team.
