Having made the decision to retire back to our roots in North Yorkshire, we invited several local Estate Agents to value our family home in Towcester, it was a difficult decision as to which one to choose as the promises of service and professionalism were coming thick and fast. We chose Howkins & Harrison, and we are extremely pleased that we did. From the moment of asking them to sell our house to the moment keys were handed over, the team in the Towcester office were excellent. We experienced minor complications but at all times we were reassured and guided in a most professional manner. We would not hesitate to recommend Howkins & Harrison to anyone considering selling their property.

Martin at Howkins and Harrison is fantastic. He ended up project managing the whole chain in our traumatic moving experience even though he was our vendor's agent. Our agents were useless and disappeared when it got difficult. Martin took responsibility for making contact with all parties to ensure the transactions ultimately went through successfully. We were calling him St Martin by the end! He really does care about his clients and goes the extra mile. In our view he sets the standards that other agents should aspire to.

I was very impressed by the service from Karen at this branch. I had been getting fed up and disheartened with being sent irrelevant houses from other estate agencies but Karen really listened to what I liked and didn't like and on the third house I viewed she totally hit the nail on the head! I would thoroughly recommend this agency - and Karen!, for being so personable and professional!
