I chose Howkins & Harrison to market my property following 2 previous visits by their sales team in 2016 & 17. Neal Bedford kept in touch with me giving helpful advice and when I decided to sell the property I had the pleasure of meeting Jenny Ponder who guided me through the process. Clair Parks secured a sale within the week and together Clair & Jenny dealt with everything in an efficient and professional manner, which was a great help as I had relocated and needed local contacts. I can't thank them enough for supervising access to the property on several occasions in my absence to ensure the sales process went through smoothly. I really appreciated all their advice and finally thank you for doing the final meter readings. Excellent service.

From the first contact to the last the staff at Howkins and Harrison (especially Neal and Jenny) have provided an outstanding service. Very impressed with the rapport that we quickly built up that made us feel they understood our particular needs and circumstance - there was no hard sell, no pushing; just a genuine desire to do the best for their customer (whether you were a buyer or a seller) in an open and honest manner. Lovely, lovely people who know their stuff and clearly take pride in what they do. Highly recommended.

I have just sold a house in Daventry through the local Howkins & Harrison Branch and I have been extremely pleased with their service. The staff [especially Jenny] have been very helpful, and as I asked them to take care of the whole thing, including viewings, and liaison with prospective buyers, it was completely hassle free for me. I was kept informed all the way through, and with so much money involved, I appreciated the fact that my decisions could be made with the knowledgeable professional advice from the H & H team. Well Done & Thanks
