Great service from Simon. Professional, accurate, prompt and thorough in all that he did for us. This coupled with his cheerful approach meant we have let our house quickly and without any issues. Fully up to date with all the regulations, he provided great advice on some aspects of renting that I hadn't even considered. Encourages a good relationship between the landlord and tenant which something that doesn't happen with some agencies!!

Highly recommend Simon and his team, excellent customer service with a smile. Worked extremely fast with me and my friend to get us into our house, giving us fantastic and relevant information needed and answered any questions we had. This letting agents I would highly reccomend to anyone that is looking rent a property. Can't thank them enough for all of there hard work 😊

Simon and his team made moving so easy we were in within a week. I felt really valued and reassured as being a tenant can sometimes be a bit daunting and everyone was very friendly, any questions I had were welcomed and when I had a small problem at the property Simon was straight around to help. A really fantastic company and I'm very glad I went with Belvoir.

I was amazed at the speed in which my property was filled and at the professionalism of the team at Belvoir. I'd not heard of them before so I was a bit nervous but I didn't need to be. One happy customer who will be staying put with Simon and Susan.
