Good if you want to rent or buy property

Having phoned and been told that as my husband was actually doing the viewing they needed his number for 'emergencies'. They then used this number for everything despite being told not too. We made the appointment, travelled 120 miles to see the house we showed up only for them not to bother to show up at the house! They couldn't even be bothered to tell us and left it to the owner to let us in and look round on our own. Despite this we decided to phone the next day and make an offer. No one picked up, we left a message and email with the correct number again for contact. The next day we were contacted and told they wouldn't even put the offer forward unless we provided them significant financial information. After we responded we heard nothing they once again phoned the wrong number and hung up without leaving a message. They emailed the next day referencing voicemais they hadn't left to say we needed to increase the offer which were prepared to do. All in all because of them we decided not to continue to buy the house.

Very helpful from the start and very good at keeping me updated on progress. They are a very committed and friendly team would definitely recommend Laurence Tremayne Estate Agents, very positive experience all round

would not recommend this estate agent as their staff are incompetent and even giving 1 star is too many, but unfortunately you can't give no stars.

Honestly wish the email response time was better, when viewing a property the agents are always professional and have the answer to any question you, if they don't they will find the answer for you.

Always receive a great service from Andrew and Natasha

Always professional, on time with appointments and very pleasant to deal with.

They are obviously too busy to answer email enquiries.

Terrible experience! Very rude and pushy! Avoid at all costs!!!
