Lindsey and her team have managed my property for many years now and have always been extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with.  Any issues or repairs are always dealt with very efficiently, they have a good network of tradespeople to deal with any eventuality.  Tenants have always been reliable and the property has never been unoccupied for more than a few days in between tenants.  I can highly recommend Jackson Grundy if you are after an agency to manage your rental property.

Jackson Grundy Lettings have managed our rental properties for many years. The personal attention we have received from Lindsey Hancock has been exceptional. The level of service cannot be faulted. We have been very well advised and kept to date with circumstances relating to the houses and the tenants. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend Jackson Grundy Letting Agents. They have managed my properties professionally and cheerfully for the past 4 years. Keeping up with legislation and regulations and finding tradesmen when things need doing can be very demanding. Lindsey and Co from the rental team have been looking after our house in the UK for the past 17 years, they are a delight to work with! It is further pleasure to have dealings with Lindsey and her team. They are wonderful to deal with and really take their brief seriously to find the “right fit” for a property. They found a tenant in quick time and who was well briefed before they visited. The lady who did the viewings took time to find the right match and communicated clearly with me. Paperwork was sorted quickly and efficiently and the follow up call to check that everything was ok was much appreciated. I will continue to use Lindsey and her team without hesitation.

I have been using Jackson Grundy as my agent for over 8 years. My main point of contact through out has been Lindsey Hancock who ensures the level of service is kept  to a high standard. I am kept up to date on any legislation changes that may need to be considered as a landlord.  I receive regular updates about my property and whether any maintenance is required. As tenants of a JG rental property, I can definitely say that we've been treated with care, support and kindness over the 4 years we've rented with them. Whenever an issue arose with the property, the team at JG were quick and professional to deal with, and would always go the extra mile to ensure we were taken care of, and our needs were met eg scheduling visits around meetings, being flexible with timings, ensuring we had the right person for the job etc. We really felt supported and looked after, and I definitely recommend them to anyone. Lindsey Hancock was absolutely brilliant when we rented our house with Jackson Grundy. We rented for 5 years and never had any issues with either the company or the landlord. We only left to purchase our own house otherwise we would gladly have continued to deal with Lindsey.

Lindsey Hancock at Jackson Grundy is a wonderful Lettings manager. Engaging, efficient, reassuring, knowledgeable and helpful. Some of the team members are not so comprehensively excellent, but Lindsey herself is brilliant. She will go out of her way to help in any situation and I would not hesitate in thoroughly recommending her services to landlords.
