We bought an American style fridge from here last September 2017. Sadly when they delivered it they dented the door accidentally and were very apologetic and hey things happen. We called Stellisons to arrange a redelivery of a new fridge and was told they’d get LG to call us direct. After a few weeks LG called and told us they would only replace the door. I took an afternoon off work to take delivery of the replacement door and for them to take the old one away and they never arrived! To be fair to Stellisons they took in the re-delivery of the new door and delivered it to us on a Saturday. However the new door was covered in replacement plastic and the chap who delivered it didn’t take the plastic off. We now understand why, it doesn’t all come off around the edges and looks awful. The chap also didn’t take the old door away and was told that LG would arrange collection by phone and come and collect that.... guess what? They’ve never called us to arrange collection! We went in to Stellisons to explain we were unhappy that we’d paid £850.O0 (a lot of money to us) for a new fridge and are now left with a door that has bits of plastic hanging off of it to which we were advised to warm it up with a hairdryer and peel it off in the cracks... it didn’t work! They said they’d also call us to arrange collection of the old door. It’s now Feb 2018 and we’re still waiting on that call for collection. I am disappointed as I feel that once the sale has been made the after service isn’t good enough. So Stellisons if you’re reading this please come and collect the door or we can arrange to bring it you for a small fee! Oh and any other tips on removing the plastic from around the edges of the fridge would be greatfully received from anyone reading this.

A whole lot nicer buying experience than currys but that isnt hard. No pressure sales or wrong info like at currys. Just good advice and knowledge on their range of products. Would go back for sure as they were good in the shop, it is a professional set up in there. Tower direct sales staff weren't interested in selling me a high spec machine unlike the guys in stellinsons which which were really good. I will go back for a Siemens fridge because of good service.
