Very friendly and helpful staff. Great views from most flats. Well equipped although the doors to the kitchen units are a little tired. Very convenient location for Lime St station, city centre and Mersey - all easily walkable.
Excellent service from the young receptionist - Hannah. This is not my first stay and won't be my last. Great value for money and good to see they are doing their best to keep on top of general maintenance with fresh paint visible.
Friendly, clean, wonderful apartments. Staff are always helpful and pleasant. Apartments are always clean. Location is central and near all tourist spots museums, The Cavern, etc. We keep returning every year to Premier Apartments because that's what they are - premier in every way
The hotel is lovely and so was Laura on reception but was dispointed there was no tele in room
Very friendly staff, hannah excellent on check in. Fantastic location in centre of Liverpool and spotlessly clean. Well equipped spacious apartment that couldn't really be faulted. Great value if booked in advance but prices rocket when football is on and weekends
Great value and location. The 2 level suite was huge with 2 full bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen and had a panoramic view of the city. I was amazed how inexpensive it was. One of the nicest places I have ever stayed.
Brilliant customer service lovely room will definitely return
