I got my Cube MTB from start fitness,  good price, delivery within a couple of weeks, as expected. They called when built and advised of despatch and it arrived the following day. All built well, I just had to put the front wheel on, add some peddles as with all bikes comes with standard peddles adjust the saddle and I was out on it within the hour. A great bike, well pleased.

I bought a pair of Brooks Levitate CTS trainers about a month ago and they squeaked most annoyingly. I hoped that would disappear with use, but so far this has not happened. Please let the manufacturer know. The shoes are comfortable, but I would not recommend anybody else to buy them.

I ordered 5 items and needed to return 2.  I managed to pack up the return WITHOUT including the paperwork -sigh....  Called SF and also posted paperwork separately.  Refund processed efficiently for me, in spite of my error.  Well impressed, and delighted with the quality and price of the items I kept.  Great selection of stock. Highly recommended

Prompt delivery. New bike arrived as described very well packaged and with minimal assembly required. Front derailleur required minor adjustment and small issue with seat post required a new fixing nut which was sent with no quibbles but took several days to arrive. Overall a good buying experience and only retailer that had my size xxl in the bike I wanted. Would recommend.

I was in the market for a new bike- I’m relatively new to it and needed some guidance- I had an idea of what road bike I wanted and Alex at the Newcastle branch went above and beyond- he was supportive, knowledgeable and genuinely enthusiastic about getting me the best possible purchase for my needs! Shame the lad is not on commission!

Purchased decent quality cold weather base layers at a great price. Easy order process, good communication and quick delivery. Have ordered from Start Fitness previously and wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Ordered a pair of trainers and they arrived quickly. Unfortunately they were too narrow and I had to send them back. The return process was really simple and start fitness updated me throughout. Fast refund too. Cannot fault them.

Website was easy to use and when looking for trainers the filters including brand gender and size worked perfectly. Other sites not named have these but often show items which then aren't available in my size - very frustrating. The trainers I bought were a great price and were then delivered promptly on the right date for, I think, £2.99. Some sites charge too much for deliery.

I have used Start Fitness to purchase various running products over the last couple of years and in all that time I have never had a single issue with them! For example I have ordered a pair of running trainers in the afternoon and they arrived by courier the very next day! Their customer services team are also first class. I had recently purchased a pair of Saucony endorphin speed 3's and after about 6 miles of running they developed a fault. I emailed SF a picture of my trainers explaining what had happened, they replied asking me to send them back,  and within a few days I received a brand new replacement pair. I would highly recommend them and I hope they continue to provide such an excellent service in the future.
