I love Starbucks coffee but I hate the industrial feel of the customer service and experience. Starbucks needs to get rid of the policy of demanding a name.When the shop has earned the privilege, then it may know my name. Just like any other shop or pub. Also, I hate the pay here...collect further down the line thing. You should be served by a staff member who looks after you from start to finish. I've been a long time Starbucks fan, but over the last few months I've fallen out of love with it. I was very happy when Starbucks came to Wakefield City centre, but I think I'll be looking elsewhere now.
