Found this place by surprise and such a delicious place for breakfast. Food is both well presented and super tasty. The team are welcoming, customer service 10/10. Couldn't recommend enough if you're in Wakefield.
Lovely cafe, generous portions and a good choice of foods and coffee. Definitely not a greasy spoon. Friendly staff and great cosy atmosphere. Coffee was very syrupy and a but sweet for me but otherwise perfect
Had a lovely chicken and warm - American style thin and crispy - bacon salad here. It was a good portion and a proper meal size. It was accompanied by a nice dip as well. There is plenty of seating inside and out. The staff were helpful as well. The cafe is a very short walk from the cathedral and shops. Would definitely go back again.
Nice atmosphere and service, lovely staff. Good coffee too and a reasonable price. The one down side is a couldn't spot anything vegan or dairy free to eat I'm allergic to milk but since it's a smaller place I can't really blame them. I just had a black coffee instead. I'd go again for sure l, great place to hang out and catch up since it's not too loud with music like a lot of places.
Coffee and wholemeal date scones were the order of the day! Plenty of seats inside and outside! We had our dog with us and sat outside! Generous sized scone too!Recommended dishesScone
Decent but not excellent. Coffee was burnt and toasty didn't have much flavour. Really nice service though
Came here today with my <1 year old girl. The 6 piece breakfast was great and they offered to do a mini portion of scrambled eggs for my daughter at a reduced price which was excellent and the staff were lovely and friendly. Lovely atmosphere, nice to sit inside and relax. Would come back here again. Kid-friendliness: Have a high chair and were friendly toward my child and went extra mile with food service for her.
Great cafe with friends welcoming staff and gorgeous cakes, especially todays rhubarb and ginger slice. The recently refurbished toilets are lovely. Best cafe in Wakefield.
I've been coming to Mocca for years and the drinks, food and service here have always been superb. I don't get into Wakefield as much as I used to however I returned today after a long absence and was delighted to find that it is still a wonderful place to eat, drink and socialise. Jamie and Mags have put a lot of time, expertise and love into Mocca making it a cut above the rest. The quiche, Broccoli and salmon for me and cheese and ham for my partner, was delicious as was the accompanying salad. We finished lunch off with flapjack, gluten free lemon slice and café latte. It's been far too long since I ate at Mocca Moocho and I will definitely be back soon. Thank you to all the staff and keep up the good work.
Really friendly and positive staff despite it being absolutely packed! The only reason I gave 3 stars for atmosphere is due to queueing through the middle of the cafe whilst people are eating. The food was lovely and I'd come again.Food: 5/5
