Good service although bit sparodic if you are from out the area, but reliable and comfy seating on the bus/coaches and reasonable prices. All coaches have toilets too which is great. Bus/coach drivers were all helpful.
Very good and friendly helpful staff and drivers. Assisting mein my wheelchair and making sure I was comfortable. The driver even tried his best to cool me down as it was so hot. He even put his fan aimed at me to give a breeze. Then we chatted like old friends.
No information that the bus would take an extra 30 mins to get to Aberdeen resulting in me then missing my train

On time, on point for timetables, easy peasy place to find and bus drivers friendly and by the way...all the best for a Guid New Year loon n quines getting me there and back ...no matter what the weather, weet or sna..

Perfect bus driver from New Aberdour to Fraserburgh was very helpful and friendly with ticket i needed as i required a explorer day ticket to get me from new aberdour to Torphins via Fraserburgh and Aberdeen.great service.
Customer service is VERY poor. If you are looking for any information regarding price tickets etc you will have to find out online : Another thing toilets will need good clean as they are disgusting. ...... I'm hope customer service will improve.....
Very helpful staff who go to great lengths to look after there customers. Always polite when enquiring, and always a smile from the drivers.
