Bus drivers at Fraserburgh and Peterhead depots constantly making derogatory comments after complaints made about a passenger and driver behaviour on a bus. Current area manager is aware and takes part, video and photo evidence
As I've already said, the Aberdeen service is great, just wish I could say the same for the village services to St Combs, Rosehearty etc. Today the bus was due at 12.38. No sign of a bus on the live map, so had to call a taxi. Then, at nearly 1pm, in comes the bus. I luckily managed to cancel the taxi without issue.nStagecoach please improve the village routes!!!!!nYour only saving grace is the very few long term drivers, who are super friendly and very accomodating!!!
Pretty good service frequency down to Aberdeen and back and the towns along the way, a fair number of local buses tho not the best at timekeeping.
disgusted with them my daughter had a Concision pass and the driver staid not valid but it runs out Sunday pay £15.00 bus fare or he wouldnt let her on the buss. He needs to be told bus passES Are valid on all busses this was Wednesday at 3pmish Fraserburgh bus station to Aberdeen. We would like the £15 back.
Very good and friendly helpful staff and drivers.nAssisting mein my wheelchair and making sure I was comfortable. The driver even tried his best to cool me down as it was so hot. He even put his fan aimed at me to give a breeze. Then we chatted like old friends.
