No refund of deposit. You will not get your deposit back! I stayed for 6 weeks paying rent on a weekly basis. I had an agreement with Anna the manager to give 1 weeks notice before leaving, I gave 2 weeks. I have been trying to get my deposit off William Miller the owner for the past 2 months. He states that I had to give 1 months notice before leaving. It's a con he plays.
Modern lodges. Wonderfully convenient location for Aberdeen, Dyce Airport and coastal holiday venues. Great staff, who were amazingly helpful for someone new to the area. I would recommend Nia Roo highly!
Fantastic place, friendly staff, very neat and tidy, quiet and ideal for commuting.
