Excellent local grown fresh food and other produce (even for me as a vegetarian). Friendly helpful staff who have a knowledge of the produce they sell. Restaurant is very clean wide range of food, cakes, biscuits sweet and savoury, wide choice of beverages. We love it and recommend it to everyone. Lovely woodland walk, plenty of parking spaces, and a play area for children

This is an excellent place to eat. I am a fan of the breakfast menu served before 11:30. Usually go for smoked salmon and eggs (which is thick fully cooked fillets). It isn't cheap, but doesn't pretend to be and is open when most other places are closed. The shop is small and friendly and offers a decent range of foods. Pates, pastes and cheeses are very nice. The walk is round a fishing lake and has waterwall. It is possible to walk into the Haddo estate, but we just do the loop round the fairy door wood and have seen red squirrels on a number of occasions. All in all a very nice place and worth a visit.

One of my favourite places for a weekend treat. Foods always tasty and clued up on what's gluten-free which is such a relief. Also great farm shop

Love this place. Best food in the area. Nice deli shop and great staff. Gets very busy in the early afternoon as it is such a popular place with families as there is a play area outside for the kids. When you have had lunch there is a nice walk through the woods and round the fish pond to get the calories off.

Lovely place for a walk and great food for lunch. Service was great, busy well used place too. Banana and maple pancakes were amazing
