It says on one web site if you ring you'll be given a choice if appointment this is not true,you have to ring and keep ringing every day at 8;00am and When you eventually get through you may be lucky and get an appointment for that day if not you have to ring again the next day,you can't make an appointment in advance as there nearly always already booked,having said this when you do get to see a doctor or nurse they are brilliant

Absolutely amazing doctors. I won't mention names but one particular doctor is off the scale in terms of commitment. How anyone can fault this practice is beyond me ! There needs to be an option for responding to peoples negative comments on here

I've never had any issues with surgery. Doctors are always friendly and staff go above and beyond to help.sometimes its easy to post negative comments but I've always managed to get appointments and prescriptions at short notice.

We moved house 0.8 miles further away from the surgery but it put us in another postcode. The surgery cancelled our registration and returned our health records WITHOUT TELLING US. It was only when I came to request a repeat prescription and my password didn't work that I telephoned the surgery and they told me that my family were no longer registered. After more than 15 years of being happy patients, we were on the end of their snotty receptionists and mindless bureaucracy, and sadly, it's completely changed our experience of the surgery.
