I have been using this pharmacy for many years along with my family. They provide an excellent service and clearly care for their customers. The pharmacist had gone over and beyond. We don’t use any other pharmacy.
The service here is terrible. You have to wait outside and enter one by one. They are very slow at dispensing your order and often don't have the item in stock and do not update you when it is in stock. They have a car park and the site is easily accessible.
Went to a number of different pharmacies and they didn’t have the item I needed. I when to Shanti pharmacy just as it was showing as a local pharmacy on google maps as I live put of area. I went in, the staff were very lovely, they had my item, and they gave me advice for if I have a new medication then I can call ahead to any pharmacy to see if they have it so it saves me going to every pharmacy to find an item. If I was local I’d happily go here again for future prescriptions.
Absolutely first class Pharmacy, great service whether by delivery or in person. All staff are well trained, courteous and knowledgeable. The Superintendent Pharmacist is one of the most professional person I have come across. Nothing is ever too much trouble and in the times of changing GP services it’s vital to have Pharmacies like Shanti.
Staff go above and beyond to get the medicines you need when they arent in stock. Nothing is too much for them. Thankyou.
The absolute best pharmacy you can ever come across, the staff are just amazing and so helpful and does that extra mile, they’ve done more for me than the GP has. So thank you to all the staff at shanti PHARMACY, your amazing a massive credit to the NHS.
Best pharmacy ever they really do go above and beyond, I would go as far as to say they quite often do better job than the doctors, cant thank them enough for all the help they have given me whilst going through a tough time, they really do deserve some recognition for all the do,
Everything is good, parking bays. Easy access most of the times what you want is also available. The only issue is its been 3 times that i came back out without buying anything coz i have been waiting for 15 minutes and not been served. They keep talking to each other and loighing and ignoring the customer.
Had a slight issue with the prescrition. Rang the team and was resolved in a timely manner on the same day. Thanks for your service.
Excellent staff and services. Always friendly and helpful.
