The staff are friendly and polite. When there are delays or its busy, the staff are calm and apologetic. Overall a good practice.

Very bad doctors phone surgery to book appointment finely got to end of the queue at 5.43 then in rang and rang till 6.00 no body answed even though lines open till 6pm almost impossible to to get a reply from them so fed-up with them they say they care don't sound like it to me changing doctors from my personal experience would advise to use another doctors...
