I went with my girlfriend as she had quite a personal issue needing to be seen and was understandably a little embarrassed. The lady at reception did not help the situation at all; the lady was very rude and completely insensitive, even sniggered when we mentioned the issue. We didn’t stay for the appointment due to the feeling she left us with.

First time I've used this service, hope it's the last, as soon as we walked in was told there is a 2-3 hr wait, no hello or good morning , waited just over 4hrs , although the Dr we saw was lovely.

just a quick one...without details......few months ago a big lady with big fake lashes(not mention for nationality) been rude to me and had a laugh about me on front of me and other people... I never came across such pathetic person working in public place. that day i came to register myself and my baby...but never back there again.

Absolutely shocking wouldn’t recommend to anyone even if you had a cold,I’m 17 and turnt up today with a lump on the groin and the rude women just point blank didn’t wanna help told me I had a life threatening condition and my only bet was to go to a&e, went to a&e turns out to be a inflamed Lymph notes gland. She petrified the life out me walking out of the place with tears brewing. How can you call yourself a doctor when you can’t tell the difference between a gland and a life threatening illness. Absolutely pathetic it’s unreal how disappointed I am in this place, needs looking at by higher authority this is just damn right a lack of training and a lack of care towards people’s well being

What a disgrace. Sat in there when it opened on a Sunday morning. The place is a disgrace tissues all over the floor, cans on tables, baby wipes everywhere not a clean surface in sight and this has all been leftover from Saturday. Have they no standards. Disgusting fiery cloth seats for the elderly that people were refusing to sit in. Get a grip and sort the basics out. In the middle of a flu eperdic and no one can be bothered to clean or tidy up. I’m shocked. dmc you should be ashamed.
