Doctor is an absolute joke, told me that because something was too expensive I would be sent for it. Money shouldn't factor when it comes to a life. He has also repeatedly laughed at me when I tell him something which is EXTREMELY unprofessional. Also the receptionists sit in their own little self absorbed world and talk about patients and other people (loudly) without any consideration to protecting patients info.

Excellent Doctor been with the surgery since 2007. However the receptionist is very rude and aggressive over the phone and face to face.

Well where do I start with this surgery! Avoid if you can and honestly don't waste your time registering here. I have been with this surgery since I was young, over 15 years and I must say the decline in their customer service has been very noticeable and extremely disappointing. You call or go to the surgery and are confronted by receptionists who appear to feel they have a right to know why you want an appointment, even though they are receptionists with no medical qualifications. They do not have a right to ask why you want to see the doctor, they are just extremely obstructive, nosy, in-compassionate and rude! I have witnessed them laughing at another patients expense and sending them away being told "we'll go a&e if you think it's that bad" then laughing at the way that person walked, as that person was in so much pain with their leg and was struggling to walk. Dr Bhasme, are you completely unaware or disinterested at how your staff are treating prospective patients and long standing patients? You need to get this this surgery back to its former glory, which will start with your front desk receptionists. I would advise that you only employ compassionate, genuine people who really do care for people's wellbeing, which is not currently what you offer. As a doctor, I have always left feeling satisfied. Please do not let your reputation be tarnished.

I have been trying to sign up to this surgery for some months. The receptionists told me that there were vacant spaces for new patients but they didn't have any registration forms. Every week I would either come in in person or call to ask if they had the forms. They would either tell me that 'someone might order the forms soon' or that the 'forms had been ordered and will be a couple of weeks' or just that 'there are no forms and the person who orders the forms is on holiday'. They have known that there are no forms for a couple of months. If it's this hard just to get a form, I dread to think how inefficient the reception is in general. I wanted to sign up to this surgery because I had been told the doctor is good, but the reception is so bad I have joined another surgery.

Dreadful receptionist and surgery. On at least two occasions my prescription has not been sent over to the pharmacy. The pharmacy said it hadn't been sent and the gp said it had so I was going back and forth trying to get this sorted out. The receptionist then decided to ask if I was sure that if taken all my tablets and not forgotten about some or misplaced them in the most condescending and rude manner. It was only when I asked for the complaints procedure that they actually agreed to do anything about the issue that was clearly their fault! Going to move forward with the complaint.
