Pretty much impossible getting a childs eye test! Unbelievable they can only book up to a month in advance..... Every time I get an email or letter for a reminder there is never appointments, Just got to check back on a Monday and hope for the best!!
Took in some of my mums glasses for repair. The chap spent half an hour sorting them out. Couldn't have been more helpful. Very pleased with the service.
I have been with specsavers for many years and no problems, however since all the staff suddenly changed I have to say they completely and utterly have become a nightmare, no one knows anything, messages dont seem to get passed on, they really just don't seem to know what they are doing. And as regards to there policies on contacts , dont be fooled they want you to pay about 3 months in hand permanently, I have always paid 3 months and then you get your lenses, but suddenly they want more upfront ## this is not acceptable, plus they could go under due to there obvious inexperience. Will never deal with them again and will also tell all those whom I told how good they were, dont go anywhere near them. They are inexperienced, unreliable, and have no idea what their doing.
So busy, it's hard to get an appointment. When you do they are so good and helpful.
The lady in there was lovely, I have never experienced better customer service in my life and I wasn't even the customer! My girlfriend was having trouble picking glasses and she was very helpful in the selection process even giving helpful opinions on glasses she thought suited my partner and whittling it down to the ones my partner most liked. and most importantly she gave us little Specsavers green fluffy thingy's. Overall a good and welcoming experience.
ORDERED SOME NEW GLASSES A WHILE AGO AND NO CALL TO SAY THEY ARE DONE WAS TOLD TWO WEEKS BUT STILL NO CALL ! ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET AN ANSWER FROM THE SHOP NUMBER SO THE ONLY WAY TO KNOW IS TO CALL IN BUT THE PHONE LINE SAYS APPOINTMENT ONLY HOW ARE WE SUPPOSED TO GET ONE !!! USELESS SERVICE.
Lovely helpful staff I had a lot of tests to do at this store I was treated very well always informed what was happening and what each test was for and the results of the tests I was helped with my glasses selection at no point was I made to feel rushed or my questions to daft This branch is a credit to the business every customer I saw in the store was happy with the service even though it was busy the staff Coped well never rushed
I was on a contacts trial, two weeks in on the 3rd of March I had a check up and adjusted prescription ordered. I'd not been contacted by the 16th March and I was coming to the end of life of my monthly lenses so I called them. The person who answered the phone couldn't find any details of my order and said they'd look into it and call back....I'm still waiting two weeks later??
Had a visit to get my eyes checked. Very well organized to social distance. Plenty of hand sanitizer gel. Staff all wearing masks and most with visors. I've been shielding but felt very comfortable and safe. Great professional service. Good range of glasses in all price ranges. Happy to recommend.
Visited here today for an eye test and had a great experience from start to finish. The staff were so attentive and aware, wiped everything down after use. All the staff I dealt with were friendly and professional. I don’t have one fault. Thanks all, I hope your hard work is being recognised.
