A lady i know visits this clinic for dialysis and is constantly being mistreated at the dialysis ward, she feels discriminated as caution isn’t taken when her dialysis treatment comes to an end as they cause her to lose large amounts of blood when they remove the pipe from the fistula in her arm and blood oozes everywhere even causing the staff to be in shock and panic. this happens every-time she has her dialysis and is causing her discomfort and she is panicking about every treatment. If she continues losing blood it is dangerous for her and the clinic are not listening to any complaints or taking this situation seriously.
Car park is appalling. Very limited space, only one ticket machine working for at least 3 weeks so the queue was half an hour. Can't pay by phone, only use coins like in the 90s and card.
Went to St Luke's today with my dad. He got well looked after by Sophie. She was amazing and told me about her revert story I just want to say a massive Thank You to Sophie and the rest of the team If any of you guys need any building materials then please get in touch

Visited breast care unit yesterday, all the staff I met were excellent. I have never felt so looked after and supported in a worry situation. Thank you most sincerely. I have never given anyone 5 stars before, but you all deserve it. Linda x
Had an MRI scan today. The service I received was excellent. Very professional, friendly staff.
Car park was clean and easy to access. The hospital was also clean and well sihn posted. Staff seemed pleasant on the whole... though a couple of staff members were in need of manners and interpersonal skills.
Have X-Ray appointment, came here on time, still waiting to be accepted more than 30mins wait now, whats the point of them making appointments if its never on time, but when you are late they will not accept you!!
Friendly staff, easy parking. Bit of a wait but that's all hospitals!
