I needed information of passphrase and account ID in order to have my NHS app verified as they would not accept passport photo. I phoned the surgery and was told they would phone back with this info. After a week I phoned again and was told they would phone back that day. After a further 2 days I phoned again to be told the person concerned had gone home but would be in next week and phone. We are now into week 3 for someone to read out 2 numbers from a screen.
It's a GP surgery. Nobody visits here unless they have to. Best avoided completely if possible. If forced to go, then you will find a surgery vastly unstaffed and under pressure from the demands of a rapidly expanding local population. COVID has not helped, but the standard of care provided here was on a downward slope before that arrived in all our lives.
A caring and responsive practice. Drs have a genuine interest in your well-being.
As always I'm never away. Good service
