Absolute disgrace. Transfered from hospital to hospital and nothing gets done. Halifax hospital is much better than this one. Definitely needs better curtains as they are creased and have holes in. Halifax hospital curtains are brand new. No one in the hospital listens to you. The lifts were not working which is a joke. Asks dozens of times for the date of birth. Gave loads of wristbands for no reason. Needs sorting out.

My dad is a diabetic so he has a bad foot. We got told by our doctor to come. It is an important operation. He has had to wait until today. They still don't even know if he is having an operation on his foot. He hasn't ate now in over 24 hours. Not a nice experience.

Was here sor about 5.5 hours but staff were really busy I was well looked after by nurses and doctors then admitted too ward 20 for about 15 mins again treated well then transferred too ward 14 for 2 days where the staff as per usual were friendly helpful and went way beyond what you expect a nurse or Dr to do 5 star treatment. I was then moved to ward 26 a ward I've heard bad things about but I make up my own mind and I will honestly say I found the whole experience on this ward brilliant and wonderful staff who were again fantastic at what they do all in all in 5 days I was in the hospital 5 star rating more if I could sadly the new shops in the lovely new area are well over charging and should be made to lower their prices I for one will not be spending any more money there it would be cheaper to get a taxi to the co-op and back if your in a fit state please bring a shop that patients can afford

The service is appalling, I have been waiting over 6 hours and I am a pregnant lady (7weeks) been having abdominal pains and back pains and also I have other critical conditions. I was here 2days ago and they took bloods tests and told me I was fine but I was still suffering with the stomach pains after I had left, this has been on going. I feel really bad and upset that they treated me unfair, I am in the cubicle whilst typing and they still have not come to see me. I was here at 5.20pm and it is now 12.00am. If only they could feel the pain and stress that I am going through they would be fighting but I feel weak as I cannot do anything. I regret I came to Bradford Royal Infirmary I wish I never came here i have had nothing to eat since. They advised me not to as well. What nonsense! These doctors need a reality check and a wake up call
