Good experience with MRI team 8am on a Sunday morning.nParking was available & easy to pay although hadn’t registered my arrival- lucky I took photos on arrival!nWas nice to see art on the walls.
Maa Shah Allah I can’t believe how good the service & staff was today at hospital. Reception staff excellent happy smiles & honestly a critical part of the community. I have always used A& E if it’s the last thing as I have tried every other avenue. Then the staff nurse Jhon honestly a very valuable person to this department. The guy had me sorted with his vast knowledge of experience. Please show respect to the nhs staff they work harder to keep us safe & back on the road. I am going to pop in tomorrow & drop them pizza as I think they need to be treated regularly as they work none stop to get us through the process thank you all staff.
Human torture waiting 17 hours in A&E. This place makes you wish you died at home instead of having to go through their torture chamber of waiting that even SAW's Jigsaw would be proud of.nnThey send you through different wards as if you are going through the different gates of hell. Then promise you that these mythical beings called 'doctors' will ''come soon' to assess you. The chair you are sitting on will undergo fossilisation before they arrive.nnPlace is also full of clearly former mental asylum patients. Not to mention the mysterious local drug addicts spending their time in the A&E waiting room for no reason who then get arrested within an hour of being there.nnIf you are someone who needs to test their inner insanity. I strongly recommend a Friday evening here. You will turn into the next Batman's Joker before you leave.nnI've never been arrested but this definitely counts as serving a jail sentence!
IV been in Endoscopy dept today for colonoscopy, the nurses etc were wonderful, friendly and put me at ease during a not so nice procedure. Looked after really well , before , during and after procedure. The NHS might be stretched but the staff are doing a wonderful job and i am proud of them all. Thankyou
The A&E was fine, you expect a wait, and the nurse I saw was lovely and diligent... but when you get sent to ward 8, it's ridiculous. No one cares about you, you could die in the chair and they wouldn't notice. 5 1/2 on one day, seen by a doc for less the 2 mins and sent home with meds, but I didn't know at that point no one had seen my blood results... so how they knew i was OK??? Home for a couple and I get a call telling me the bloods they took at 12.30ish 8 hours after taken were coagulated can I come back to repeat the next day. I went back thinking, just a test and I can go...right? Nope, another 4 hours for nothing. Eventually after pleading with a doc he said I could go and he call me with results... still waiting. They do not care about you, I will never ever go back to bd A&E!
