Excellent. Just what you would hope a unit like this should be like. Welcoming, helpful, reception, a clean,inviting waiting area, patient seen as soon as possible by careful, friendly team. Five Stars. |Gratefully used many times in various stressful situations. Thank you.

Absolutely shocking would not recommend to anyone I got knocked off my bike on Saturday evening and went up on Sunday evening as I was in pain with my leg they xrayed it and said all was fine but the nurse that I saw turned around to me and said "we have just wasted £25 on an X-ray for you when you could of just had some painkillers then you wouldn't of had to come here would you" then walked off.... is this not what I pay national insurance for ? Will not return and will be telling all my friends and family not to bother and just go to Harrogate instead!!! Not our fault the government are cutting staff is it 🖕

What a lovely caring Hospital tucked away in the beautifull North Yorkshire area ....Professional. .Caring and efficient ....I'm so happy to receive NHS treatment we should all be proud of our NHS the Endoscopy Department were outstanding today ....thankyou all
