So, I purchase and pay for 35 postage stamps at this post office. I clearly didn't check properly, and once at home I realise they only gave me 30... I don't have prove at this point, but I thought they may realise they have too many stamps left during reconciliation. I write to them, including my receipt of purchase and the (now empty) sheet my stamps came on, so they can see what I paid for, and what I received. Hand delivered the letter. I didn't have time to pop in during opening hours. Included my address for them to get in touch. Did I hear from them at all? No. That sums up their attitude.

The only friendly post office in the area - I specifically walk a further distance for the service with a smile. P.S. Johns a grumpy douche.
