lady behind the counter was exceptionally helpful. i had 3 large packages to post with a very long que behind me. so she could find the best deal for my postage she offered to take my packages and phone me when she had time to investigate the best deal/price. later that day she called and saved my 50% off the cost. She did not need to do that she could have just let me pay more.
