Tried to get an appointment for my wife as she can’t call the doctors from work. The receptionist was awful. She wanted more information! She’s not the doctor! I said I would discuss it with the doctor. She said she had no appointments available. Then she told me I should tell my wife to see a private specialist!!!! She’s just a receptionist!!!! Can’t get an appointment. Apparently covid. Everyone else can move on but not the doctors. They hide behind receptionist who have no medical training!!
Been trying to get appointment is like platting fog the people on the desk seem to think they Run the practice trying to get in for 3 days now all ya get is phone tomorrow at 8 am I work so cannot always use my phone so trying to book a appointment is dire
I have a appointment today. First time I meet Ms corel blood for blood test .I never seen before such a good person and excellent service thanks
What more is there to say, can't get an appointment can't even get passed the receptionist. Can't even get an email for the practice manager to make a complaint.
Actually spoke to my own GP yesterday and he gave me abx for chest infection. Thank you Dr alvarez only doc who knows me well xx
Was told I would get a call at 15:00 but instead called me at 13:45 it was only luck that I had my phone with me. Doctor wasn't interested in what I was saying just got told go to A&E. Seems like the go too answer with this surgery go to A&E. What's the point in this surgery been open at all. Expect a complaint wing its way over but I bet that gets filed in the not bothered section of this practice
It's way too difficult to get an appointment here! Another day of calling 120 times to get nowhere. Why have a queue system and choose not to use it?!
I have never felt it necessary to say anything bad about the treatment that I and my family have had from this medical centre over the years and things would have to change dramatically for me to do so. I have been treated courteously every time I have been in need, indeed, if they hadn’t diagnosed me with DVT I might have been dead now. Hopefully this will give confidence to others.
To get an appointment it’s nightmare there busy all the time doctors don’t seem to care much about the patient you can hardly get face to face appointment Even if you don’t have covid there are not giving you face to face appointment . They are so super that they can tell anything what is going on with you thru the phone they don’t need to see the patient and check them properly they are super doctors out of this world. I don’t understand have do clinics like this stays open
The staff in this practice never let me down. They have always kept their promises, and on occasions when they could, they have gone the extra mile. I have always been respectful and understood the role staff have undertook so that I don't misunderstand what they can and can't do for me. The staff at St. Georges are important to me so I treat them as such. John Scothern
