The staff are very pleasant and hyper- efficient. Appointments appear to run to time. Referrals for further investigation occur promptly. Well done everyone your credit to the NHS and your practice.
Fantastic practice, always have been patient focused providing efficient and effective service / support.
Absolutely shocking place. No care for their patients whatsoever, one Dr in particular doesn't seem to have a clue what he is doing and doesn't care less. Impossible to get an appointment even a telephone appointment! Sister went and checked in and was sat an hour after her appointment still not seen, so went to the reception to be told the girl on the desk hadn't checked her in!! So was rushed in to see the Doctor and was seen by him In a rushed minute! Mother who has a serious lung condition had an "emergency" appointment as had lost her voice and chest very tight and around the voice box, Doctor was totally clueless, didn't look at her notes once, didnt seem toknow what to do so gave her some antihistamines!!!! Didn't explain why, what was wrong or anything. I would never, ever go to this Doctors even if I was really ill, in fact especially if I was very ill!! AVOID, AVOID,AVOID!!!
Disgraceful.. waited nearly 2 weeks for an appointment and just got to the medical centre to be told no appointment booked. The appoinment in question was booked over the phone and is of a deeply personal nature that is very stressful to me, I found it a highly embarrassing situation when, in front of a waiting area of other patients I was made to feel like I was the one who had made a mistake!!!!
Absolutely awful. You just get told to come back in 2 weeks and they just don’t have a clue.. Went in there for help and they just made me feel so uncomfortable. i would give 0 stars if i could
