We joined St Boniface about 15 months ago, after we came here on the out of hours service from a vets in Heavitree. The treatment and care our boy Teddy has received has been amazing. Today I am writing this review laying on the bed with Teddy who has just had surgery. Not only did Nina and her amazing team help with Ted's anxiety, they also showed such compassion towards me and my anxiety and believe me its bad!. Nina was personable, friendly and caring and accommodated all of my requests! Even the nurse that came to our car with Teds aftercare info, tried to make me feel better by telling me about her own personal experience when she was in my shoes! In the words of one fur mummy today, she would trust the vets at St Boniface with her own life! We feel very lucky to know that we have found a truly wonderful vets!
I have finally found a brilliant vet practice that really does take care of My Sweet Special Beautiful Loving Loyal Little Boy Patch. As Patch had to have a big nasty lump removed from his chest. Plus all the staff, Vets are so friendly and caring. And as My Sweet Beautiful Caring Darling, special, Loving Loyal Little Boy Patch is happy and comfortable here at the vets, Patch, and I will continue coming here if My Sweet Beautiful Caring Loving Loyal Little Boy Patch needs anything else done.nI TRULY APPRECIATE AND THANK THEM ALL FOR THEIR SUPPORT AND CARING FOR PATCH.
Amazing service, amazing vets, thankyou Nathan. Our dog arrived with you as an emergency, stayed 3 nights with kidney problems. She was well looked after and we were kept upto date.
Awesome vets. Very reasonably priced and usually allow you to split the cost should your pet need anything major. They also sell food and the staff are always really friendly. They also have an emergency after hours clinic should you require it. I wouldnt take my dogs anywhere else
Fabulous vets! We no longer live locally but still continue to bring our dog here as the service, continuity of care and compassion from all the staff is second to none. Thank you all.
