Whenever I bring my cats here which is more frequently than I'd like, it always feels like the team knows what they are talking about and are happy to help, answering any questions I might have. They've always been quick to action, too, if anything changes e.g. New medication requests. Overall, I'm glad I bring my cats here as I know they'll be looked after and given the appropriate treatment.
Flash is very happy to have a new local vet with a great pet plan.
Lovely team. Professional but friendly too. They look after my lovely cat, this time with a horrible tail bite. So very gentle and kind and they really try to keep pet stress to a minimum. Enjoyed a discussion about what Labradors WON'T eat!
They are a fantastic vets. All the staff are great. Always friendly and kind. Fantastic thoughout covid . As a practice they do everything within there power to help your animal. They go above and beyond. As a person who worries over the smallest thing todo with my fur baby's. They always put my mind at ease. I honestly trust them 100% with the care of my fur baby's. They are our vets and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Words can not fully express how grateful I am to have them looking after our fur baby's. my cat wouldn't be here today without this practice and the staff there. So a big massive thank from the humans and the animals in our house hold.
Just to say how grateful I am to Steve and assistant. My boy Ivan a Sharpei went downhill very quickly last 2 weeks during the heatwave. With good advice and what I believed to be right to we decided to say goodbye. Exeter vets are amazing and kind. I had to arrange for someone to pick up my sons to say goodbye and when they arrived steve was fantastic and can’t thank him enough for how he explained everything to my teenage boys. We were given time with Ivan and boys could see Ivan wanted to go, his time suddenly came up. I can’t say it enough thank you so much for everything and the last 7 years of looking after my boy Ivan.

Wonderful vets. Show such care and compassion to all their patients. My dog used to love to go to visit Steve and his team and when it was time for her to be euthanased, their empathy made her transition easier. Cannot recommend them enough
Emergency operation was done quickly and efficiently. It was a bit touch and go, but the speed of response and the care my dog received ensured her rapid recovery. They also took all the stress out of paying for the treatment by dealing directly with my Insurance company. Lovely people who obviously love their jobs and the animals entrusted to their care.
Had an appointment booked for vaccinations and they didn't have the supply, but no courtesy call to change times they just waited till i got there to tell me to go home and come back later on. Concidering they are vets i was told i had to administer worming tablets because they cant do it as she wouldnt take it from them, this was before they actually took the dog into the building.. so i had to leave and go get something to wrap it in and come back as "they need to see her take it" so i couldnt take it home and not waste my time going back and forth for soemthing they should be able to do! Also the state of her neck after they shaved it! It looks awful and the poor thing was bleeding yet they didnt bother cleaning it up and her neck is all bruised. I wouldn't recommend these vets at all.
Sadly had to have my darling diabetic cat put to sleep. Steven was very caring and kind and gave my lovely boy a very peaceful ending for which i will be forever grateful. His handling and treatment of my cat was second to none. Gemma also very kind and understanding. Thank you both. Cindy x
