Fantastic team. Our dog gets stressed just looking at the building, but we have been welcomed to take her in for a visit every now and then, and slowly, that stress is reducing. They go out of their way to make any treatment or assessment as easy as possible for her, and as a real bonus, they look after the worried owners just as much as their pets!
I've been taking my dogs here since I moved to Bovey in 2018 and now won't go anywhere else. They are amazing, kind, caring, thoughtful, and were so good with my elderly sprollie throughout her last few years. They pulled her through pancreatitis, vestibular disease, and a large benign cancerous lump removal, with fantastic skills and excellent post-treatment advice. My current two are under their care for general maintenance and I love the way they treat all of us, plus the fact that they never employ locums, their own vets cover out of hours emergencies, meaning your pet very often knows the person treating them and they know your pet well too - simply brilliant.
Best vets around for quick appointments, response, and advice, listens to all my needs and helps me massively with my farm animals. Extremely reasonable prices. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
We recently had to have our much loved border terrier down and the vet we saw, Suzanna, was so kind and compassionate. As was Cameron who also works there. Even though we live in central Exeter we still go back to Moorgate as they are hard to beat.
I can't praise this practice enough! I went as an emergency appointment, not belonging to this practice. My dog was stung/bitten on the moors. They saw her so quickly and were so kind! I recommend them so highly.
