This was a great station to both arrive and depart at, with appropriately sized platforms for the trains! The design is modernized and pretty with the flowers, connected well too by the bridge. Signs help with navigation and there are automatic doors and departure boards let passengers know their times, although they were not updated properly for my late arrival on the return journey.
Decent station. Steep uphill from town, 10 mins. Bus station, taxis, car park, and drop-off. There is a shop, cafe, ticket office, visitor information, and toilets. Indoor seating. Best place to catch a train in St Austell.

Clean station , great mix of new and old and always looks great on a sunny day, train to Edinburgh on time
A real pleasure to go to this place in st Austell withy lovely car. They are and we're delightful to deal with. A real pleasure.lovely people polite quick andnWow they actually cleaned my car for me which is not what I asked for.the geography of the vospers branch is not easy to get in and out of and cannot understand why they've moved there.an excellent visit though. Charming staff.
