Use this station daily, staff are usually friendly and the place is clean and tidy.

Cleaners so insanely rude, got to the train station in the morning to be told the waiting rooms open at 6 by him, very rudely. Fine, okay, everyone has their bad mornings so we ignored it. At 6;20, after he's mopped a floor on the other platform, ask him why they're not open and he goes ' will be there in a minute'. Left for half an hour in the cold morning waiting for a train, not even an apology, so rude. The waiting rooms never did open.

It's clean, friendly staff and a coffee kiosk.

Recent additions make this a well equipped rail station. The original walkways need restoration though.
