Great little coffee shop at this station, also does breakfast sandwiches. Very friendly service, comfortable seating. Worth a visit if you have a wait for a train.
What i liked:.If u like the ocean the cliffs the sand beaches it's aa great place, small quiet townI'd say too small they don't even have a city hall I like it very much... Not likeable: Some people are racist, town itself is small with not so many landmarks no city hall but was impressed by the natural scenery and the east side of the city which is very green and with a nice ancient roman bridge and it's not cheap also I'd say one of the priciest places in UK... As a conclusion I can say it's one of the most beautifully places in UK especially the western coast is impressive with sandy beaches and remarkable cliffs...
It's a very small station, and it's at the end point of the track. There's only 1 platform. Walkable from beach and the town. There's an ASDA nearby. Bustops are just outside the station next to Burger King.
Newquay branch stop is the end of the line. You can see just a single track from the platform. Try to find the hand-made ceramic tiles decorating the low wall that delimits the waiting area. Can you spot the tile of Trenance Heritage Cottages, a museum within walking distance of the railway stop.
There are toilets and a cafe on site. It's straight out onto the main shopping street in Newquay. 2 minutes walk to the beach
