Excellent service and food as always. Mini tiffin is an excellent choice if you want a bit of everything and can't decide! Consistently good over the several years that we have been going there. Highly recommended for South Indian food.

Initially the food hygenie & customer service standards were good at Harrow branch, giving it a higher star rating. But last two occasions few people have reported experiencing tummy upsets with certain types of dishes. Left a message to speak with the manager to see if they could help resolve the issue internally. But so far no response or assurances have been given. Customer service standards seems to have dropped since.

Amazing value delicious veggie Indian food. I particularly love the bindi fry which they are happy to make for me without flour which is perfect for my dietary needs. Have been many times and plan to go again many more!

Very rude staff. Especially one person with spectacles who is present most of the time to take orders and he also picks up the plates after eating. That waiter thinks as though he is the the owner of the restaurant. He has no mannerism at all and do not know to talk to customers. Food is good. The hotel owner should recruit some cultured staff

Very slow service.. Food was average. We ordered for idlis and vada - idlis were very hard to eat, Dry vegetable manchurian- wasn't dry at all with sticky stuffing and finally bisibele bath- can never say it was the authentic bisibele bath instead it was pure sambar rice.. How can they even name it like that.. They should visit karnataka and eat bisibele bath once.. Our first visit to this restaurant and will last with it..the only thing we liked was the crispy vada and chutneys - the three types of them were really good..

I went to this restaurant last week, it was a recomendation from my work collegue. I have tried some starters followed by dosas and my partner ordered some continental and north indian dishes like chana batura and indo-chinese veg manchurian gravy and stuff, which i tried some as well that's when i realised this place is not only good for south indian food there north indian and indo-chinese dishes are marvellous too. Food was awesome!! service is quite friendly and helpful too definately going back.

The South Indian thali is something I would recommend. Huge portions and tasty too. Buttermilk is really good. Not a big fan of biryani served here.

The service is not acceptable. As I had booked for 11 person including 1 high chair and when we reached the facility which we expect from them wasn't there. As we ask for the high chair for the assistant wouldn't be possible for us to have it and the respond from the person was so rude. As he was shouting in front of all other customer when we ask for the service order by raising the hand and clicking the finger. What the f****** he was thinking about him...... Learn if you are in London how to serve your customers and respond them. Learn about service and respond to that.

Excellent food, all types of dosas available. With free delivery available around 3 kms. The cost of dishes is reasonable compared to other restaurants nearby and the quantity is also more. Staff are friendly.

Worlds best dosa place. Great atmosphere and mouth watering food!!! Highly recommended for any parties outdoor. They are amazing caterers and very friendly chaps. Try any of their branches in harrow or mollison way.
