Tim was a polite character who initially dealt with my paintwork problem well…. Or so it seemed! A year down the line and I have had to have the sub standard job rectified by someone else after Tim was clearly not interested in me anymore. Think very carefully before using this firm

Brilliant service. I had a bump in the car as was Icy, broke the grill and chrome. Visited to see if they could repair it. The gentleman/company were fantastic. Fitted us in before Christmas. Excellent repair. Even got us a new number plate and gave the car a wash. Certainly recommend Spraytec to anyone . Thankyou

The chap that I saw was so helpful. He treated the stratch that I had on my car door there & then. I was amazed. I asked how much I owed him but he said no payment was necessary. I would definitely recommend them.

A bit apprehensive leaving my car there as it was booked for that day but they were to busy, I saw one bad review where they left equipment on the seats and damaged it, so made me worry, it had to be left there till the next day. I believe the owner spayed the bonnet removing bird poo burns and few extra chips. It was polished and I can't see the original marks, so was pleased with the results. Would be good if they had a bit more room there as all felt way to busy and possibility of dinging the car. But would recommend from my experience.
Friendly enough, but the job wasn't good with debris in paint. Returned and complained and Tim said he thought one of the tints had gone. They cut and repolished which did improve it but I probably should have pushed for a respray as still not great. Wouldn't use again.ServicesPainting, Body & Trim
Took my car in for a repair quote. They took photos and my details on a notepad and said they’d be in touch. I have called to chase THREE times, each time being told ‘he’ll call you back with a quote’…..a month later, still nothing. Can’t comment on the quality of repair work as I’ve now used someone else but in my experience, the customer care and process is rubbish.
The body work on my car was in a bad state, the guys at spraytec did a fantastic job on both the repair work and the respray. I was very happy with the end results and with the price charged. A courtesy car was also available for me to use, free of charge, which helped me out massively. I would highly recommend this company and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. The staff are friendly and helpful and the service and standard of work are excellent.
