Really bad service , I'm quite disappointed as I went in for a quote and they took pics of the bodywork and then failed to get back to me so after numerous calls to them with promises to respond to me by that day snd of course this not being the case , I just gave up! I feel that if it was busy as you said in your response, you should just say that you can't provide a quote this week etc and offer an alternative, which you haven't ! that way you avoid losing custom and avoid customer dissatisfaction.

Had two visits with my car now, both times they were extremely flexible to fit me in. The repair work is second to none and the price was brilliant in comparison to others, I’d not consider anywhere else in the future.
Dropped my Classic Jaguar off with Lee for a full respray. Very competitive price for a job done to perfection. My son used to work in the Body Shop at BMW and he was well impressed with the job done. It was quite an intense job and the care taken with the car was second to none. I definitely recommend Reshape to anyone thinking about getting bodywork and paintwork done to their car. Thanks Lee

Outstanding service Had a bump at the back of my car and lee was so professional, he sorted me out a courtesy Car and the work he did was unbelievable. I had quotes from a few companies who wanted to replace the bumper and wanted to charge me so much money Lee got the bump out and it looks like new car with a guarantee on the work that was done. The guy in the office think he was called Steve and the guy who washed my car were top blokes. Would recommend lee and his crew 100%
Such friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff - not to mention how amazingly skilled at repairs they are! Fixed my Seat Leon BTTC front bumper when other places had told me a new one was only option, and for a fraction of the cost. Looks like new. Honestly would never go elsewhere for a repair, cannot reccomend these guys highly enough.
Someone hit my Fiesta and I found Reshape by coincidence via Google search. I went to 4 garages and picked this one because the price was most reasonable. From the moment I met Lee and Steve they could not have been more helpful if they tried. Nothing was too much trouble. Hopefully I never need another bodyshop but if I do, I'll be using these everytime! Cannot recommend enough! Plus the car looks like new! Really happy with the whole experience.
