Echoing others reviews, customer service appears to be at the bottom of just car clinic's priorities. They initially delayed my original date for repair by over a week. When they finally collected it, it was placed in their compound for two days before they even bothered to start work on it. From an accident which occurred at the end of January, 2 months later I'm still waiting for my car to be repaired with no completion date in sight. Complete farce of a company! Do not use.

just left as I type. Ordered a number plate over the phone. Went down and reception staff were great. After a few checks with id etc my number plate was ready to be made. 1 hour and 10 minutes later they were fitted. I asked "Why have they taken so long?" No explanation. I then asked for the manager who was conveniently stood at reception. I asked Maybe a 10% discount off the already ridiculous price of over £40.00 to be considered for my inconvenience of sitting in the rather drab reception for over 1 hour. The mangers answer "No chance" I even joked about leaving a review saying the obvious which was why I had waited over 1 hour for a 10 minute job. The manager then laughed and said " Feel free" Not very good customer service and if he worked for me, he would be sacked!

When I arrived for my booked in wheel alignment I was declined service and told that the they are too busy.

Very disappointed that service I have received, one female answer the phone and I was asking for price for tint car windows she cut off the phone deliberately.

They've had my car for 2 weeks now, first week no work done. 2nd week 2 panels replaced then painted, finally get a call today after them having my car for a repair they originally said would take a week to tell me they've just ordered a part that will take 2 weeks to come from Spain. This is beyond a joke.
