I switched to City Garage from Kwik Fit after they caused me endless issues with my car, caused extra problems and caused my exhaust to fall off 3 times whilst driving resulting in me been refunded for a load of shoddy work. City Garage resolved the issue quickly and cheaper and I've used them ever since without any problems. Will never go back to Kwik Fit

This garage is run by a bunch of crooks. I used to use them slot because they were the nearest one to my house and seemed to be good. Until I took my car in for its MOT and they told me it's needed scrapping because of many problems. Yet the day after I saw the owner of the garage driving the same car around. The new car I brought from them broke down within a week due to a smoking coming from the engine. I took it back and they charged me 400 to fix it and yet after another few weeks it started smoking again. I took it to a rac recommended garage where the bloke who owned it discovered that there hadn't been any work done on the car so they robbed me of 400 pounds and did no work on the car. I tried complaining to the garage but just got a lot of abuse. This place should be shut down!

Been using this garage for nearly ten years. It's my go-to place except in emergencies that happen out of their business hours. Even then I'll wait till they open if I possibly can. They saved me from replacing my whole exhaust a few years ago when there was nothing wrong with it but another garage had told me it was badly rusted. Thankfully I hadn't had the cash on me to fix it at the time so I took it to city road a few days later only to find out the noise I was hearing was something completely different. So I could have paid £600 and still been driving a faulty car!! This was five years on and my exhaust is still working fine!
